Why Choose St. Joseph School?

Saint Joseph School educates the young in the spirit of the Gospel, stressing Catholic values, inspiring academic excellence, global awareness, and service to those in need.

Our tradition of excellence is built upon the quality of our faculty, staff, students, and programs. Academic programming is enhanced through educational technology, cross-curriculum lessons, educational field trips, integrated Spanish (currently for grades PreK-2), and innovative classroom STEM resources. Over 50% of our faculty hold a Masters Degree or higher. Our dedicated and nurturing faculty have a true desire to be at St. Joseph School and invest fully in our students and family community.

Our Catholic faith is the center of all we do at St. Joseph School. Students participate in various religious activities including weekly Mass at St. Joseph Church, Penance, prayer services, and daily religion classes.

Parent Testimonial

Saint Joseph School is more than an awesome school it is a family.  The teachers genuinely care for students and instill good values.  The smaller class sizes allow for more teacher support.  I highly recommend SJS to anyone that wants their children to learn in a loving and supportive environment.

My children and grandchildren have attended and do attend St Joseph School.  It is the best that could be. The family caring atmosphere makes learning a pleasure and the academic atmosphere is positive  and fun, yet  challenging  for learners. These kids do well in the years that follow  and often stay friends for life.

We cannot talk about St. Joseph School without smiling!  Three years ago, we chose SJS for our son’s education because of our faith.  However, we continue to choose SJS each year because of the dedication, attention, and genuine care the teachers and the staff give to the students, the superb academic curriculum, and the personal and academic growth we see in our son.   He is not only getting an education academically, but he is also receiving an education in personal and spiritual development as he learns about his faith and his personal responsibility for his behavior and how he treats others.  We are always amazed at the activities that his teachers are doing with the class.  Our son is engaged and excited about learning! This school is a community of excellent students, teachers, staff, and families. Our experience with SJS has been amazing!    It says a lot about a school when the principal greets the students at the door every morning and calls them each by name.  We cannot say enough great things about SJS.  The school really does feel like family.  We look forward to the many years we will spend with SJS.
