Two representatives from the National Humane Education Society visited our school on Oct. 3 to teach students in grades kindergarten to six about how to be safe around animals, how to be kind to them and how to be responsible pet owners.
Miniature poodle Vader was a BIG hit!
We hope to have them back later in the school year to speak to our students in grades seven to nine.
